Blessing of Loughor Inshore Lifeboat
On Sunday 29th September 2019 the community of Llwchwr gathered together to Bless Loughor Inshore Lifeboat. The event was well attended and started with a Public Procession from the Lifeboat Station to St Michaels Church Loughor where a blessing was undertaken by the Reverend Adrian Morgan.
A Service followed, involving school children from Casllwchwr and Tre-Uchaf Primary Schools with a full congregation.
The Lord Mayor and Lady Mayoress of the City and County of Swansea Councillor Peter Black along with the Lord Mayor and Lady Mayoress of Llwchwr Town Council Councillor William Evans and Councillor Wendy Evans were in attendance along with Tonia Antoniazzi local Member of Parliament for Gower.
