Mayors
Each year in May/June the Council appoints a Mayor who plays an important role in the community. Apart from administrative duties such as chairing Council meetings, the Mayor attends civic and other functions and annually hosts a Buffet and Dance which is attended by representatives from all sections of the community.
The Mayor during his/her year in office is always pleased to attend functions and events in the community.
